Do you save money by buying same-day round trip tickets?
No, there are no discounts or concessions for the purchase of return tickets, except for any promotions
If I buy a ticket, do I have to choose the departure time or can I leave when I want? What if I want to change it?
The boarding ticket is not "open" but is bound to a date and time of departure. The Passenger is therefore obliged to respect what is stated in the travel document purchased.
Is it possible to change the name of the departing passenger?
No. Tickets issued are always personal and non-transferable.
If the trip is canceled due to adverse weather and sea conditions, what should I do?
In the event of cancellation of the departure for reasons not attributable to the Company, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided. In the cases provided for by the Navigation Code and in cases of objective necessity and / or force majeure, the carrier has the right to cancel the scheduled departure, to modify the itinerary (adding or omitting stopovers), to vary the port of departure. The Captain, for the cases provided for by the Navigation Code and in cases of objective necessity and / or force majeure, has full power to proceed without a pilot, tow and assist other naval units in any circumstance, to deviate from the ordinary route in any direction, for any distance and for any purpose attributable to his duties as Captain, as required by the Navigation Code and by International Conventions. In this sense, it may vary the itinerary of the naval unit, even if in the opposite direction or beyond the usual route, transfer the passengers and vehicles on any other naval unit or means of transport, belonging or not to the carrier, directed to the destination port.
The Passenger is required to make sure, before departure, that there have been no changes to the time indicated on the passage ticket.
The carrier is not responsible for damage due to delay or failure or incorrect execution of the transport if the event derives from unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, adverse weather and sea conditions, strikes and technical failures constituting force majeure or other causes not attributable to it in compliance with the provisions of articles 402, 403, 404 and 408 of the Navigation Code and in the cases provided for by art. 20 of EU Regulation 1177/2010.
Under no circumstances can the carrier be held responsible for the delay due to port operations. If the departure of the vehicle is prevented for reasons not attributable to the Company, the contract is terminated and the Company is obliged to return the price paid to the Passenger only.
Are there any concessions and discounts for groups?
There are fares for groups starting from 20 adults paying the ordinary ticket.
Do children up to 3 years of age have to buy a ticket?
Children from 0 to 3 years old are entitled to the free fare but are still required to travel with a regular ticket (see Conditions of transport)
How long before do I have to go to the port?
The passenger is required to arrive at least 45 minutes before the departure time indicated on the Ticket.
If I arrive late at the port and the vehicle has just left, what happens?
Gstravel scrupulously observes the published departure times. In case of passenger delay, the Company is therefore not responsible. Furthermore, once the departure time has passed, the ticket cannot be refunded or changed.
Is it possible to get up during navigation? Can I ask to visit the bridge?
No, for safety reasons and due to the high speed reached by our hulls, it is advisable to remain seated during navigation and until the mooring operations are completed. The bridge is an area accessible only and exclusively to the crew.
Is it allowed to bring animals on board?
The ship does not have an animal custody area, in any case small pets are allowed and must be kept for the entire duration of the trip in a special carrier, or in cages in the case of birds.
The Company reserves the right to request health certification attesting to the state of good health and the vaccination booklet of the animal during the embarkation phase.

Can i take the bike on board?
Yes, the boarding of bicycles, unicycles or similar is allowed.
Is it allowed to carry bulky objects on board (eg paintings, televisions, etc.)?
The ZENIT DSC vehicle is intended solely and exclusively for the transport of Passengers and therefore does not have holds or luggage compartments for accommodating bulky luggage.
The Company and the command on board can therefore accept or refuse the boarding of objects whose bulk or weight constitute an impediment to good and correct navigation.
What documents are needed before leaving?
All passengers, adults and children, must travel with a valid identification document.
Passport / identity card valid for expatriation: it is necessary to travel with a valid identification document (passport or identity card valid for expatriation). The residual validity of the requested passport is ninety (90) days from the expected end date of the stay The identification document must be valid and suitable according to the chosen destination (passport or identity card valid for expatriation) .
Is it possible to pay for the reservation after boarding?
No. Payment must be made simultaneously with the purchase of the ticket.
